METHODOLOGY
My methodology is based on three fundamental pillars: tactical culture, game analysis, and natural leadership as the centerpiece of team management.
tactical culture
Tactics serve as the vehicle through which philosophy is translated onto the field. Each of the traits that define my style of play is associated with a set of conceptual principles that form the strategic foundation to be developed during training through exercises that simulate real game situations. Through these exercises, I aim to provide players with stimulating and specific practice that enhances the key aspects of the game: decision-making, positioning, technical skills, and more.
match analysis
Video analysis of the game is fundamental in my working methodology. Through this analysis, I obtain relevant information to improve both the methodological approach and the understanding of the game. This analysis allows me to identify behavioral patterns, both individual and collective, from which I can develop a strategy aimed at developing players, improving my game model, and, of course, winning matches..

As a football coach, I firmly believe in the power of words and in natural leadership as an inspiring agent of transformation, growth, and change, which is why communication is an essential aspect of my coaching methodology.
My approach focuses on building strong relationships with my players by establishing two-way communication that is clear, candid, direct, and open Through my experience and the power of words, I strive to foster a positive, motivating, and continuously improving environment that cultivates a strong team spirit and strengthens both the emotional bonds and the commitment of the players.
