My football philosophy is based on a dynamic, attacking, and joyful vision of the game, with special emphasis on high pressing and verticality. The reason football exists is its fans, and they demand fun, excitement, and spectacle. My goal as a coach is to meet that demand. Through effective leadership, my tactical thinking, and a deep-rooted value system based on respect, humility, and commitment, I aspire to create a distinctive competitive identity that fulfills these expectations.
I have a deep conviction in human potential and I take on firsthand the challenge and responsibility of exploiting it. My objective is to win games, but my commitment is to people, their will and the pursuit of excellence. My motto is that: “If the person wants, the footballer can”.

To achieve this, I enjoy designing training tasks extracted from actual competition that address both general tactical principles and specific aspects of my playing philosophy.
