My working methodology aims to provide players with a context for individual and collective development that optimizes decision- making and game understanding. To achieve this, I enjoy designing training tasks extracted from actual competition that address both general tactical principles and specific aspects of my playing philosophy. This way, we can build a competitive team that excites and achieves victory in matches.
I have a deep conviction in human potential and I take on firsthand the challenge and responsibility of exploiting it. My objective is to win games, but my commitment is to people, their will and the pursuit of excellence. My motto is that: “If the person wants, the footballer can”.
