Getting the block right, aligning the defensive line, and getting the team to defend higher up was the product of relentless effort across 95 sessions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"253\" data-end=\"549\">This evolution is clear in the photos. The first, from Matchday 3, shows the yellow team with a deep, uncoordinated defensive line and inadequate spacing between players. In the second photo, from Matchday 17, you can see a compact, organized block with a high, firm, perfectly aligned back line.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"551\" data-end=\"738\">I call it embedding behaviours, and it\u2019s tangible proof that real progress comes with patience, consistency, and daily work.
